- Decorative lighting fabricated by Potter Art, the 90-year old Dallas-based company that fabricated the original fixtures in the 1920s.Potter Art is known for their ornamental metal work and custom lighting.
- Preserved the Sunday Morning decorative tile floor in the breakfast area
- Replaced all sheet rock
- Installed all new electrical
Replaced plumbing- Replaced all windows with insulated glass (except stain glass)
- Preserved and cleaned exterior stone
- Preserved original 1 1/4″ wood floors and laced in matching wood floors in addition
- Retiled second floor bathrooms with sympathetic antique materials
